Stayed for one night, bed was comfy. Room was very spacious, loved that they had the option to login into Netflix while relaxing after dinner. Hosts were welcoming, heat spots to go see. Where to get the best coffee close to the B&B.

We loved our corner room. Pleasant views. High ceilings. Super comfortable bed. Tastefully appointed. Excellent shower. Breakfast was in a basket outside our door when we woke up and a quick walk down the hall to the friendly staff office for coffee and tea. The building has great old vibes - we liked taking the stairs, but the elevator works well if you prefer. The upstairs hallway’s uneven floor betrays the late addition of running water, which was fun to figure out. We would be happy to return as it was delightful.

A hidden gem in a quite neighborhood. Staff was kind, cheerful and helpful. Make sure to get the breakfast option, the pastries were to die for. So delicious. About a 20 min walk from the Duomo, wonderful restaurants, cafés and shops.

Everything that I asked for!
Would definitely recommend this hotel. I had 3 nights of very pleasant stay here. In terms of comfort, the bed is so comfortable that I am reluctant to leave the bed in the morning. The room is spacious, with a big window and dining table. It is also clean, no stains or smell at all, though the cups provided in the room could use some careful cleaning, but not a big problem overall. The design is modern, which is exactly what I wanted, after staying in old-fashioned European hotels for a week. The air-conditioner is powerful and quiet. Regarding the location, it is about a 17-min (flat road) walk from the train station. Beware, you cannot get there by public transport, since there are not many tram and bus lines running within Florence. There are no bars or restaurants directly downstairs, which is perfect because it is quiet at night. Don’t worry though, you will find a wide range of amazing eateries within 10-15 minutes of walking distance. Restaurants in Florence close rather late at night, like until 11pm, so you will feel safe on the way walking from the train station to the hotel at 10 or 11pm, since there are still plenty of families still dining outside.

Absolutely beautiful! Wonderful hosts. Conveniently located to everything. Knowing that after a day of sightseeing and walking around Florence , that when returning to the room there were always yummy treats waiting on the buffet. Will definitely stay again if I return. Excellent stay at a well located bed and breakfast.. Located less than 10 minutes from the train station.. 'never judge a book from its cover'.. The outside of the building looks like an office block but when you actually enter the apartment on the 3rd floor.. Its stunning and clean. Well looked after by Fabian and Julia.. The hotel is located on San Gallo road.. Within few minutes walk to the famous Duomo and not far from water. Breakfast vouchers are issued to eat at either the coffee shop next door or at a restaurant 5 minutes away. Taxis to and from the hotel are readily available via the hotel staff who can book them for their guests. Complimentary muffins and biscuits are available for guests in the foyer. The rooms were well cleaned daily with all amenities available in the bathrooms... Rooms are well equipped with good air conditioning to help with the summer heat we experienced this week. Shopping in Florence can be done walking with no need to use a taxii. Walking back to the hotel late in the evening is extremely safe. This is definitely one of our most beautiful cities in Europe we had visited during the summer vacation and hope to visit Florence again.

Wonderful place to stay in Florence
The B&B is located in easy walking distance from the Academia / Duomo. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice big and clean room. The only small negative is the AC unit can get a little noisy in Room 5, I think the flap catches and makes a noise. But otherwise it's a great place to stay to explore Florence for a few days.

A warm ambience in a very friendly, clean residence not far from Piazza San Marco - the voucher plan for breakfast is smooth and offers a chance to enjoy a local bar with excellent coffee and pastries.

The couple that manages it is very friendly and may not speak more than their own language very well, but because I was able to learn their language relatively fast it was easy for me to understand most of what they said. They did forget to give us towels one morning, but they did take the time to come back after a quick call and give us the towels right away.

Idealbase from which to explore Florence
Clean, comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, close enough to Station, museums and galleries etc but on a generally quiet road. Breakfast is in a choice of two cafes (one just down in the lift). Hosts very welcoming and speak good English. We went in February and appreciated the heating and extra blanket so we were cosy. (The heating also can do cooling in Summer) Would recommend and would stay again if visiting Florence.

The room was clean, well equipped and very quiet. The hosts were not there when I arrived but had sent me in advance all the information I needed to self check-in. When I finally met them the next day, they were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were in very good shape. Breakfast was in the small shop next door, served by a very friendly lady. All in all, a very good experience.

The room was clean and comfortable for my wife and I. Scilla, the host, was very nice and told us all the places to visit while we were in town. She even helped schedule a taxi for us for our departure. The B&B is conveniently located...follow Via San Gallo all the way down to all the sights in Florence. We would definitely stay there again.

Great little b&b in a great location. We walked there from the train station and found it easily using google maps. They let us check in early and gave some helpful tips on navigating the area. The room was pretty spacious and very clean. The bath towels were huge and I appreciated not having to use 2 at a time to dry off and cover myself. Bathroom is a good size and the water pressure is great. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but we only stayed 3 nights so it wasn't that big a deal to us. There are a few awesome restaurants on the same block and its located only about a 10-15 walk from most everything you'd want to do or see.
