"The room would have been bearable if it was on the ground or upper floor. Unfortunately it was down a flight of steps into a basement. The view was of a concrete wall so almost no natural light, & the room smelt very musty. However the shower was ok & the bed seemed clean & comfortable. The kitchenette looked grim.
Breakfast was pallid scrambled eggs & neon sausage. Pretty awful for over $260."
"Housekeeping was not done at all during my stay. The room was not cleaned, and the bed was left untouched. Only towels and a few supplies were replaced. Given the high room rate, the quality of the breakfast, cleanliness, and service fell well below expectations."
"Smallest bathroom and bedroom I’ve ever seen. Outlet practically touching the sink. Dirty towels from previous guests were still in our room. No place to set anything down in bathroom. Bed had a metal base and made a loud noise every time we got up. Room wasn’t worth more than $75 at best. Beautiful Hilton group hotel next door had openings today for less money. My bed was comfortable and the man at front desk was nice. Coffee was good. But overall NOT worth the over $300 price tag."
