"Location is good, there is near by national park’s entrance and easy to access.
However, we left the hotel before dawn to visit a park and returned in the late morning. While we were resting for about an hour, the housekeeper stopped by. I kindly asked them to return in approximately forty minutes and then left the room again. However, when we came back later that evening, we found that our room had not been cleaned at all."
"This hotel is perfectly located just outside the west entrance, making it very convenient. The pool, hot tub, and downstairs arcade are all great amenities, and the staff members were incredibly kind and welcoming. The only downside of our stay was the housekeeping. When I checked in and started putting my belongings away, I found a used diaper in one of the drawers, which was very unpleasant. The refrigerator had not been cleaned, and the carpet between the two beds was completely soaked, so I had to lay down three towels to absorb the water. Other than the housekeeping issues, everything else was great, and we had an enjoyable stay."
"Everything was good. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, mini fridge was cold. Shampoo and body wash were provided. The complimentary breakfast buffet had a lot to offer and the staff were pleasant and worked hard to keep food flowing and the tables clean for the next guests. We didn't have any problems during our one night stay. I agree that the price is high but the prices for hotels in West Yellowstone during the peak summer season are high in general. This place is at the lower end of the average price range for the area and, although somewhat outdated, gives you the best bang for your buck in my opinion. You'll pay a lot more for another hotel in the area without getting much extra benefit. I would stay here again."
"Grant Village is a very nice resort. Our room was spacious, clean and modern. We were on the second floor, no elevator. The receptionist offered (free) porter service to carry luggage, but we did it ourselves. There were two restaurants on-site. We had breakfasts and one dinner at the main restaurant - we couldn't make last minute reservations so ended up waiting to be seated for dinner - book a few days or weeks ahead if you know your schedule. The food was excellent."
