"We enjoyed our room, close proximity to the Roman Bath, and the pool area. There is a car park not too far. We came during the “heat wave”, so we were thankful for AC. It’s so crazy that there are a lot of hotels and restaurants that don’t have AC. In Texas, it’s a must!"

"Staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was clean with towels regularly changed. The shower was great although I did have to ask for the plug to be cleaned as the shower tray was not emptying after we showered also the tray was very slippery I did ask for a bath mat but sadly nothing appeared"

"The hotel is right in the city centre and has convenient & secure parking. We had a room on 9th floor with a wonderful view. We didn’t have breakfast as we was meeting family out for breakfast. The room had aircon which was very much appreciated. The staff were absolutely wonderful, so friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble . I would definitely stay again as it’s excellent value for money"

"We had a small suite which was amazing, really comfortable and clean, just a small niggle here the Air Con was not working properly so it was very hot at night. Also in the part of the building where we were only one of the two lifts was working which meant waiting around a long time. We had breakfast in the downstairs dining room, which was adequate. The two staff down there struggled to keep up and they ran out of orange juice glasses, scrambled egg and a couple of other items. I think particularly on Sunday they should have an extra person it was certainly busy enough. The food here was not the best but adequate for a good walk around Bristol. The hotel was very clean and I would definitely stay there again."
