The stay was budget friendly. However, there are no shower products, the pillows were like large polished rocks (hard as), the shower is quaint, like that of an RV (tiny), and only coffee is served in the morning... no breakfast or even a fruit bowl.
Very dirty. Either smeared bugs or poop all over the bathroom walls. Then random liquids and stains all over the walls. I always search for bedbugs and no bedbugs but crumbs and random disgusting things found in the mattress. We decided not to stay there as it was gross and they refused to give us our money back.

While I was there my dog ingested a left over vape cartridge. I had to take my dog to an animal hospital because he woke up at 4am with spasms and was disoriented. I came to find the chewed up container that he has found under one of the beds. It's irresponsible of the hotels cleaning staff not to thoroughly clean the rooms. This stay cost me over $1000!
It’s was a great location for where we were going the only down side was there was a cigarette burn in the bedding when we got to our room

Because of the Graduation Ceremony at NAU, the price per night was 3 times more than the normal price. There was no microwave anywhere in the facility, no refrigerator in the room, no complimentary shampoo/conditioner, and the floor was dirty.

The room we stayed in had mold in the bathroom and very dirty floors. We would not have stayed if there were other options but this was a busy weekend with no vacancies elsewhere. We would also liked a refund but the rate we had was non-refundable. With the mold, the non-refundable rate should have been moved to flexible. If given another opportunity we would never stay at this hotel again.

My room keycard would only work once. I had to go back and get the staff to recharge the keycard EVERY time I left the room. I tried to explain what was happening to the staff but he just looked at me like he didn't even hear me. Someone tried to call me and they were told they couldn't connect the call.

requested ground floor room - didn't happen! What's point of asking about "special" requests (nothing fancy). and was then assigned room close to elevator - too close! noisy elevator shaft went on all night!!!

The woman at the front desk is SO AMAZING! Very nice, informative, friendly, and got me checked into my room fast.
This property feels new, very clean, and def not what I expected for the price! GREAT VALUE!

Convenient location to rest after traveling. Motel definitely needs to be upgraded. It was a bit off putting that they had asked for all licenses of booking party. Not sure why that is needed when the room is booked under one person.

desk person referred to the loud neighbor as a "regular." What does that even mean? Very sketchy people about. Desk person would not quiet the regular down (playing loud music until 4am) nor would move me to a different room. Steer clear!

The floor of the shower was clearly rotted out and floor mats were taped together to cover it. I was scared to shower or let my kids shower there either. One of the beds had mattress springs poking through the surface.

flooring peeling up, lousy shower config, basic everything. LOUSY BED AND SHEETS, FELT I=LIKE BEDBUGS BITING ME ALL NIGHT LONG way too thin sheets, barely anything else to cover with!
