"Cobblestone Inn was a great place to stay. It’s right on Main Street walking distance to all the shops and a wonderful old school movie theater that I highly recommend. I was cold while watching the movie and when I asked if they would turn up the AC a bit, they said they would and even gave me a blanket!!! You won’t find that in a big chain movie theater. And the tickets were very reasonable. Back to the hotel, the room was clean, large and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good and the staff were all friendly."

"The location was great, right downtown Bayfield looking at Lake Superior! The room was very clean. It was small, but you learn to deal with that. The staff member we dealt with was very nice and helpful. We had a 2nd floor room facing Lake Superior and the harbor but the smoke from Canadian and Minnesota forest fires completely destroyed our view and the air quality! We basically were confined to our small room for two days because walking anywhere other than the close by restaurants was taxing! Island tours and cruises were cancelled, as well."

"Love it! The rooms have been remodeled in a very clean esthetic, leaving the murals that were originally here. We stayed in rm 26 and all we'd ask for is a full length mirror. 🙂"
