The necessity of fresh linens and towels. The renovation of their breakfast area was a hidden gem with still fresh waffle toppings, resl whipped cresm and homemade biscuits & gravy! "We arrived to find a very disappointing room—the photos on Expedia did NOT match the actual room (photos were of a lake view suite with fireplace; the room we were in (for over $300) was a tiny full bed and bathroom overlooking the parking lot).
