"Check in was a breeze. The room had a slight stale odor, I figure it was from being closed up in the winter. I was able to freshen it up by using the AC fan when I was gone during the day. It was nice that they allowed dogs. My interaction with staff was limited because I had no problems."

"Staff was pleasant and lobby offers an array of brochures of things to do in the area. ATM machine did not work in the lobby so make sure you bring cash. Room was spacious, beds very comfortable, nice TV and bathroom. We’re all very clean. Make sure you bring your own amenities because they are very scanned in your room. I was surprised when I received my bill that. an occupancy fee was added to the bill! I understand tax for city County and state but occupancy tax?! That was a first. Hotel is close to Washburn and Bayfield very convenient location."
