"This was amazing. We initially booked a town view room but as soon as we arrived we saw the stunning lake and requested to upgrade (we wanted to pay the fee). The hostess was so nice and she upgraded us for free! The view was stunning, the room was clean, amazing service, we loved it! We recommend it and the price was unbeatable! 10 stars! "
