"This was a FANTASTIC stay in Grindelwald, the location was perfect, the room was clean and spacious, great restaurants and bars around with good access to public transport. Parking and breakfast was a great added bonus! We paid extra for a Mountain View and it was well worth it. The staff were so so helpful, they gave us recommendations, were accommodating and friendly during breakfast, check-in and checkout. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone travelling to Grindelwald. "

"Hair in the bathtub, old horrible pillows with rough shams instead of pillowcases. We requested extra pillows and received terribly stained old pillows. No A/C, bug bites from bunk beds overnight - worst experience ever. No ammenties such as a mini fridge or microwave, and could not buy ice anywhere. Only redeeming factor was the balcony with view. We checked out a day early due to accommodation misery. "
