"We were welcomed by friendly staff who were very helpful in recommending cafes, tours etc There were beautiful views from floor to ceiling room windows and the restaurant rooftop bar. We used the local free transport card to travel on the trams and buses and enjoyed the peak to peak bus journey. We can thoroughly recommend the breakfast."

The hotel combines beautiful and stylish design with exceptional comfort, creating a warm, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere. A truly charming boutique hotel that I highly recommend, located in a beautiful and lovely city. Definitely a place I would be happy to return to!"

"Wonderful classical hotel in perfect location, very short walk from the train station and right by the historic old town. The top floor spa and small terrace are great facilities too. Only gripe was the absence of air conditioning making the room very warm, but at least a small opening window and a fan allowed for airflow. Staff were wonderful, incredibly helpful."
