"I liked the room facing the hillside. Even though the hotel is right on El Camino Real, the room I had was on the upper floor over the parking lot on opposite side from El Camino and was very peaceful and quiet. The staff were friendly, polite and accommodating. Kaley (sp?) at the front desk was especially helpful and I really appreciated that. The breakfast will appeal to most, I think.

"The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The area was clean and if felt safe. When there was an issue with the AC, we reported it to the manager and it was fixed the next day.
Own stay was 25 days and the maids cleaned once a week, which is reasonable but can be hard if you didn't pack anything to clean with youor plan to bring a broom. We were in the hotel most of the time as my wife was recovering from surgery. If you plan on staying long and stay in, to bring a few cleaning items.

The room was awesome it was like staying in an actual apartment my daughter had her own room in the loft area with her own private bathroom.
