"We booked this hotel since it was listed as having: 1. Two king size beds - True 2. Indoor swimming pool - false. The person at the front desk was surprised why it showed up as indoor when it was an outdoor pool and was closed. 3. Made to order breakfast - false, all they had was sugar cereal, bread, mini pancakes and eggs. The person in the kitchen gave a lot of attitude when I requested to have the pancake batter refilled. They didn’t have fresh oatmeal or waffles, this is no way “Made to order breakfast” 4. In-room phone - did not work at all. When we asked the front desk, they said they’ll send someone to fix it but did not. Other guests complained the same issue. 5. No default housekeeping - all hotels have room housekeeping, but here you have to ask for it which was new to us, which we found out when our beds were not made and room was not cleaned."

"We only had a muffin, coffee, and juice. It was pretty standard. The comforter on the bed had seen better days and it was lumpy where the filling had shifted and lumped together. There were two big piles of dirty sheets and towels on the floor in the hallway when we got there in the late afternoon and they were still there the next morning. The refrigerator dint work. Staff was very friendly."

"My wife and I had a getaway from the kid and the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a while hot tub was fantastic and the sauna was much needed. Especially for the price it’s was amazing "

"The hotel is very pleasant we enjoyed our stay. Our rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff is welcoming and helpful. They have a cute little bar/bistro right in the front lobby that closes at 10pm. Multiple Lobby areas offered plentiful seating. Only complaints are the parking lot which is odd/crammed, and while the hot breakfast had variety and looked aesthetically pleasing it was not tasty in the slightest. The best option was the fresh fruit and Greek yogurt with topping options. Overall we would stay again."

"Dirty, dirty, Dirty! I booked a 3 day stay and could not stay one night. The lobby was a mess. That should have been my red flag from the get go. The carpet in my room was full of what looked like pee spots from a dog. The dresser had broken drawers that were inoperable. Its way too much to list. Me personally, would never go back to visit this location. "
