We booked the cheapest double but paid £30 to upgrade on check in. The hotel is huge and it was much more grand than I was expecting. The room was still the smallest I think I’ve ever stayed in even though it was an upgrade. Small and functional with a nice en suite and good toiletries (large dispensers). ...
