The staff are outstanding and the location is beautiful. The food is very good and they have a good range of alcoholic beverages. The Settlers experience is excellent. Everything is kept very clean. Things they could improve, the villa we stayed in (12) could do with refurbishing. It is comfortable but for example the bathroom floor is slats and you can lose earrings etc through the gaps. It also creaks loudly! The only other thing is that the food delivery can be slow at times.

Our second time at the Bay Leaf on our trip to the Andaman Islands. We found the BL to be a modern well run hotel and a good central location. We stayed in two types of rooms we found both to be of a good standard. Eg: comfortable beds, clean well maintained bathrooms and good AC/Fans. The rooftop restaurant /Bar is a nice place to eat dinner or enjoy a cocktail overlooking Port Blair, once again we found the level of service excellent. Location perfect for site seeing,staff more than helpful, good size room tv tea maker etc, nice bathroom plenty hot water, on site restaurant excellent. WiFi bit intermittent pool are good and bar overall a good stay

Courteous Staff, Natural beauty ,nice beach and sunrise. Indoor games and swimming pool we enjoyed a lot.

The facility was very sweet, they packed us breakfast at 6am since we had a flight to board.

Great place to stay good location nice rooms great food onsite and Muhammed asif on reception will help you with anything from getting u a scooty to arranging ferry tickets

Every moment was well planned and comfortable.

The rooms was big enough, comfortable and everything was clean. The owner was very nice and helped us with everything we need.
