This attention grabbing building located on Ferndale's Main Street is infamously known as the Clock Tower House owned by Polish immigrant, Art Rojsza. Thought to be an eyesore by locals, Rojsza wrote this letter to a reporter in an attempt to explain his background and goal with this enormous project and undertaking.
