"The property was wonderful. The garden area has a beauitful koi pond with lush landscaping. The rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfaat was delicious, well stocked and constantly resupplied. The staff was very helpful, courteous and kind. There are homeless all over Eureka, and here was no exception, but cameras and security kept them off the property. Main issue was with exiting the property. No light to make a left turn and traffic was challenging. I found most people would drive into the parking lot, toward McDonald's and use the light exiting their parking lot to head north. Easy work around We would definitely stay here in the future "

"Very young Front Desk Staff & friendly. I booked online with Expedia & “Breakfast Included” was stated. On arrival, I was told “Breakfast Included”. Next mourning in the dining room, I was handed a menu with prices. I asked if this was the “included” breakfast & told ‘Yes’. I ordered an omelette & beverage. When I finished eating, I was given a bill of $15+. I showed my room key & online reservation to the day manager who as clearing tables. She said only a ‘Continental’ Breakfast” was included & reluctantly took care of my bill. I passed the front desk on the way to my room. I asked the young desk staffer if they were aware the included breakfast was only basic & not from a menu & they were not aware. The next 3 mornings I had breakfast away from the hotel. I’m very disappointed in the lack of communication on a stated hotel offering online & also at the front desk. "

"We have stayed multiple times with my family. The pool is always clean and warm. The hot tub is also nive. There are always plenty of towels. The breakfast is pretty basic, but enough to get the job done. This particular visit i was very happy with the staff. We had an embarrassing incident involving some vomit blankets and towels due to a suck kiddo on our way up. They alliwed us to use the outsude water to rise items off. Having been there before, i know the pool opens at 9am. We lime to swim early and the hotntub isn't warm yet. This time i went up at breakfast time and kindly asked if they could.prep it so it will be warm. They totally did and it was so.niceto have a warm hot tub. The rooms is pretty basic. I have some irritating things about the room, there is one hook. I think there should be more and have even brought a command strip hook before. There is 2 dresser drawers. The closest is RIGHT when you walk in the room and the closet door is hard to open. But leaving it open means you cannot get in the door....soooo i wish the closet either didnt have a door orn one easier to open. The bed....I personally am not a fan.squeaky, not soft at all, the linen sucks but the pillows are pretty nice. The floors are also super dirty. Walking are barefoot our feet got dirty. But overall, pretty nice spot and we will choose this place each time we visit Eureka."
