"Everything was excellent. The ocean views are wonderful and the restaurant is extremely pleasant. The only thing to be aware of is that it is located on the other side of the island from the airport, although it is an easy drive. "
"Great location and beautiful views over the ocean. You can walk right outside and go swimming in the ocean, rent a kayak/paddleboard, or just walk along the coastline. Breakfast is absolutely delicious and full of fresh, locally sourced fruits, veggies, eggs, and meats. Also fresh squeezed juice! The restaurant is very good. Staff is friendly and accommodating. "Hassle free check-in (earlier check in was available for us) by a very welcoming and attentive staff. The room was very nice, clean, bright and had comfortable beds and air conditioning. Breakfast was more than adequate. They also had parking on property, which was super convenient. Location is great: near eateries and grocery stores and yes...the hot springs. "Thid was a really great hotel in the heart of Ponta Delgada. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Very easy to get to and plenty of options for dining close by. Appreciated that we were right across from the marina. The only negative really was specific to us in that they could not turn on the air conditioning for us in March. Therefore the room was warm. Opening the windows, fix this, but there was some smells of food cooking from the restaurants at street level. This would not keep me from staying at the hotel again. "
