Room Mate Bruno, Rotterdam
This is a modern, clean, European hotel. The staff is extraordinarily helpful and pleasant. We dealt primarily with Federica and Chantelle, and one other day staff member whose name we did not catch. All were lovely people with whom to work.

Carlton Beach
Stayed in room on the 6th floor close to elevator and maybe a custodial closet? Constant noise of doors opening and shutting. Shower was leaking but it worked. Water pressure could be better. Staff was amazing: Friendly and helpful!
