Dear Guest, Thank you for staying with us and we appreciate your review. Unfortunately you were not satisfied with everything. The hardness of the mattresses feels different to every guest. That is why we have an average hardness with our mattresses so that they are neither too soft or too hard. To the breakfast is to be noted, that we prepare everything the same morning fresh. So the fruit is cut only on the breakfast day. The same is true for bread. We are supplied freshly daily by our bakery.
