"There was only instant coffee in the rooms and when I waited to get actual coffee downstairs, you had to pay for it. Very disappointing! I’ve never been in a Hilton that did not offer complimentary coffee to its guests. Ruined my experience over a cup of coffee!"

"Very clean, safe and quiet hotel. The staff are great. They were so helpful and very friendly. My only complaint is that there is not much of an atmosphere in the hotel. The bar is a missed opportunity for the hotel. I know we would have had drinks in the bar but there was never a bartender there. ..."
