"Clean however walls marked and scraped in places. Needs some attention. Generally clean and ok. Breakfast was just warm and every morning I was having to wipe down the chair / bench before sitting due to food crumbs and mess on them. Location of hotel is excellent. On day of checking in I reported the safe did not work, and it was not sorted and I mentioned this again on checkout. We had two rooms so we used the other room safe, but it’s still not good enough. "

"On arrival we were welcomed warmly and given a detailed map of the area along with recommendations for local restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and fresh everyday. Staff on duty were friendly and professional and were helpful and in booking excursions. Would highly recommend and will be returning "

"We came into Portugal after many hours of travel and our accommodations were the most comfortable nights sleep, the bed and the pillows. We did the breakfast the next morning, and it was exceptional, something for everyone. We also visited the bar in the evening for a drink and had wonderful service, helpful recommendations, and great options."

"I checked in at 23:30 and it was great to have a hot chocolate before going to bed. The staff was great. We did not have breakfast as we went out for a bakery just across the road. In the room we had water and coffee which was great. The room decor was nice. Great value for money. "

"From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and happy to help in whatever way possible. The room was clean and really new and the staff tidied it every day. We were really impressed with the cooking facilities in our room- we didn't do any cooking but there was a hob, kettle, microwave and everything you would need to cook basic meals with if you were staying longer. The pool area was lovely and so quiet, we were the only ones using it most days (the weather wasn't great to be fair!). The free coffee facilities were brilliant and we ordered the breakfast box one morning and it was good value for money and very tasty. Super convenient for everything you'd need in faro - close to the old town and the marina area, and only ten mins from the airport. Would reccomend getting an uber from and to the airport as cheaper than a taxi. Would highly recommend this hotel and if we come to faro again we'll absolutely stay here!"
