I like about cleanes and propert manager he is helpful. The things I don’t like is no internet and no free parking and the TV is old style if these small thing fixed I thought this place can be very good

Good location but poor facilities

No wi-fi available in the apartment swimming pool with broken tiles, drainage without cover and the water was green (instead of clear blue...) Parking and cleaning fees way to high There was also a hen house in the back with noise animals not allowing us to sleep properly No aircon

Nice accommodation

The accommodation is good but location is quite far from shops, beach etc to walk so car or taxi needed but overall this was a nice place to stay. The pool was nice , wi fi is available ( shared with next door café so not reliable throughout the rooms) and TV channels only show Portugese TV. Extra charges for cleaning and early check in were not welcome. Staff are very nice.

Bien mais quelques désagréments quand-même

Séjour de deux semaines dans la résidence Rc Pata, la résidence est sympathique, les habitations assez propres et bien conçues, sèche cheveux, fer à repasser, lave vaisselle, lave-linge, tv, four et micro ondes. Piscine petite mais sympathique s'il n'y a pas trop de locataires présent. Points négatifs, pas de climatisation, le wifi est celui du café voisin et ne peut être capté que dehors près de celui-ci. Gros points noirs: la villa est voisine d'un poulailler donc odeurs et réveil de bonne heure garanties. Parking payant 15€ par jours et ménage fin de séjour à 80€ me semble abusé. Surtout que les gardiens de la résidence ont chipoté lors de la restitution pour une serviette manquante qui en fait était restée dans le lave linge. Bref un peu limite. La ville et la plage ne sont pas à côté et nécessite une voiture ou taxi.
