Having booked this accommodation on the basis of a very positive listing and the expectation that the premium price would indicate a "boutique" standard of room and service, it disappointing to find that the décor of both the bar/breakfast room and the hotel room itself were clearly reflective of the style of the premises previous life as a "brothel" - No mention of this in the listing!, but identified by a friend via a Google search. With dark red walls and curtains, and black furniture, the room was so poorly illuminated that it was difficult to open the combination locks on the suitcases. Perhaps the availability of a "love swing", carefully packed under the dressing table, was intended to be a compensation for other shortcomings.
The service can at best be described as functional rather than friendly and the breakfast as Spartan! The provision of a capsule coffee maker, from which all guests needed to make their own breakfast coffees, was quite irritating and time-consuming, when more visitors were around. Not worth the money, there are certainly better options in the area.
