"Glebe Cottage was a lovely place to stay. The location was superb with views out to sea from the cottage and hot tub. The cottage was well appointed and very clean. I read other people’s reviews so brought some scissors. Bonus of having electric car chargers right outside the cottage. It’s really thoughtful of the owners to mow the edges of the fields so you can easily walk to the coast or to Embleton village without going on the road.

"Very convenient place to stay near the harbour, and shops. The court yard got muddy in the rain, no door mat inside hence floors got very wet dirty. No protecters on the stained pillows, poor quality quilt. Old cob webs all around dirty windows inside and out. Otherwise well equipped and compact.

"The property was lovely with views over the countryside. Room was clean and quiet.The breakfast was good with plenty of variety. Was looked after very well by the host. The reason people stay there is to visit the magnificent Bamburgh Castle overlooking the North Sea. Altogether well worth a stay"
