"The showers had lukewarm water. It was not hot and the breakfast was terrible eggs were cold trays of potatoes and sausage were empty and not refilled in a timely fashion. The check-in staff was very nice. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable, but there’s something about the hotels in North Carolina especially Raleigh. I’ve stayed in four and all four have had issues with hot water getting a warm or hot shower is very important to a lot of folks to stay in these places it needs to be fixed"

"The stay was less than expected the hotel was dirty the tub had hair in it the hallway was nasty carpet was dirty and stained everywhere and the staff was not willing to do anything about it I told them to give me my money back and they said no they don’t do refunds for any reason at all so I lost the money because we went and stayed at the holiday inn and had to pay more money and they charged me a 50 dollar deposit and wouldn’t even give it back to me after we seen the room that was supposed to have two queen size beds but they weren’t queen size beds at all and the parking lot had poeple doing drug deals right in front of the hotel "

"We booked this room to enjoy the Animate convention ! It was a pretty quickish walk! The motel was transformed into a swanky trendy hotel! It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable! Great shower and water pressure! I would have gave five stars if they had food in the lounge either complimentary breakfast or some type of food for purchase! There was only one muffin available. Free parking also would have been nice as it was free when I booked but wasn’t the day of checkin! The front desk has outstanding customer service and the hotel was quiet! Just know not the hotels fault, but you will hear the train in the morning! We had a great stay! "

"Inspire of Expedia completely screwing upy reservation (I'll never use them again) The hotel was great I suggest booking direct or using another service if you expect the room to be available when you show up and don't have to deal with infuriating bad customer service from Expedia the worse booking app on the Internet. THE HOTEL was GREAT not their fault Expedia failed to deliver ."
