This is a facility generally intended for long-term stays, so there cabinets, a refrigerator, and so forth. The extra room was nice to have. Temperature regulation was a challenge.

I booked this hotel for my 1 year anniversary thinking the room would look okay , but it didn’t, The room was small , the room didn’t look nothing like the picture on the websites, the cabinets wasn’t up to par I just didnt enjoy it .

I checked in and was assigned three different rooms, all of which were unsanitary. Towels were visibly dirty and brown, bedding had hair on it, surfaces had dried residue, and the toilet was unclean. The conditions were not safe or fit for occupancy. I left within minutes and did not stay. A manager verbally confirmed I would receive a full refund, but the hotel later refused to honor it and contradicted themselves when speaking to Expedia. The hotel and Expedia then passed responsibility back and forth. This property does not reflect its online ratings at all. The cleanliness issues alone are alarming, and the lack of accountability afterward made the situation worse. I would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.

The place was not clean the sheets pillowcase with dirty and it was not clean to my satisfaction. I came there for a funeral to bury my daughter and my family was pissed off with the hotel.

The room is old, the stove has rust on it, the fridge damaged, walls damaged. Hallways had a weird smell. The hotel is basically outdated! The online pictures are very deceiving! This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Veterans! Stay Away!

This establishment refused to honor my reservation. Apparently, there is only a single room in the entire building that allows animals, and it was already occupied. My husband is a partially disabled veteran with a service dog. She is a large German Shepard specially trained to assist him and respond to a fall, seizure, or other issues, and is nationally registered. They didn't care. So, if you are a veteran, or other individual with physical limitations that requires a service animal, I recommend avoiding this place!

Room for 3. Not ready and it's after 4pm. Only 2 sets of towels. Asked for additional set and extra washcloths, told a $5 charge. I went to Walmart and purchased towels and washcloths. Dust thick on bedside lights and top bathroom shelf. Shower stall floor not exactly clean. Pot of 8 1/2 corns took 1hr and 25 mins. to boil. Call svs desk, someone would come check stovetop, never arrived. Arrived back to room late after entertainment. Hair found between top sheet and blanket, sheets were dirty and disgusting. Pulled them off and laid on blanket. Hope that was clean. Towels were dingy and one looked as if it were bed bugs embedded. Brought this to their attention and was asked if I was checking out. I let them know that I was very unhappy with the conditions and service. They gave me new white towels.
