Me and my boyfriend had a great time. No water pressure issues or ac issues like some of the bad reviews on Google say. The rooms are a little small but good enough for two people. We got an ocean view room and it was beautiful. The food at the buffet was good. We didn’t go to any of the restaurants. The jerk hut was good and convenient as well. Lazy River and slides were a blast. It’s adults only but you will see some kids in the buffets but not in the adult only pool. They could use more entertainment at night too but I would consider coming back. It’s a chill resort with a little bit of turn up.

The host at the Steak house was extremely rude to our party, gave away our reserved seats, and was extemely argumentative with the butler. The front desk staff, cleaning service, and servers were all very welcoming, professional, friendly.

My husband and I were treated like royalty! We had the Diamond Club experience with 2 butlers and a swim out King suite! It was amazing! The staff and facility were on point with all things! I actually left a piece of jewelry which was found by the staff! Shawn, Tameika, Teon all amazing! Our 20th year anniversary could not have been at a better location. We will be returning to the Royalton in Negril in August, can't wait!

The property was nice. I wish the staff would pay closer attention to details(cleaning wise) and room request. We were moved after asking before arrival and at check-in for double beds. The room they moved us to still did not meet the request. My brother and I took apart the beds and made due. The restocking of the rooms isn't consistent and when housekeeping states they will return later, they never do. Other than the room issue and a few minor cleaning mishaps the property is a bad stay. We enjoyed ourselves and the evening entertainment.

The property is clean, the people are Nice. The only complaint it lacks good entertainment through 2am for it being an adults only. If you are at the pool bar, look for Anthony the guy rocks.

Enjoyed our stay. Food wasn’t nearly as good as it was when we visited several years ago. I notified the hotel that my birthday was in February and my husband’s birthday was in March so we were going celebrate our birthdays on this trip. They emailed thanking me for choosing them to celebrate but we didn’t even get so much as a Happy Birthday greeting! No banner on the door or anything. The resort itself is a very relaxing safe place to stay. We got to connect with a local we met there 4 years ago.

The Indian restaurant there was closed cause of a wedding..we were only there for a day and felt like we missed out on an experience. They should have a seperate hall for private functions. The food at the buffet was surprisingly high quality and fresh.

Had a rocky start as I didn’t receive the accommodations that I paid for .. including two beds and an ocean view. After staying in the wrong room for one night due to lack of availability, we were moved to a room more to my liking and with the ocean view. Theodore was the best bartender ever ! And Roshane was extremely helpful on the beach :)

Property very clean Rooms small but clean I refer buffet over the restaurant more options and local food choices. Multiple pools for adults and children/family. Night/Day Entertainment enjoyable. I hated the fact that even with a Butler there was NO reserved chairs at the pool and it was a mad dash on the Adult side to get any chair out of the SUN past 0500 am in the Morning.

It was over all nice. Would have liked to see sevice on beach extended to food sevice.at least for snacks. Also restrante deserts were not great. Entertainment was great reatrante food was good pools great. Also some additional water sport options would have been nice.

The fire alarm was broken and went off at around 11pm on 4/18/24 and again at around 4am on 4/19/24 and no one came to the room to check on us and fix it. I reported the morning of 4/19 at the front desk because our room phone wasn’t working. Then it went off again and and no one came until I went to the front desk to show them the video I took and then when I yelled at them finally someone came and we got relocated to another room

This property was supposed to be “Adult only” but shared numerous facilities with children, in example: restaurants, bathrooms and general evening entertainments. Poolside entertainment was “ghetto” every day. Certain staff members cat calling a few of the ladies within the group. Some staff members were not as friendly, but mostly fair. Food was less than average. No on-beach entertainment offered like most resorts.

First time in Jamaica. The resort is nice but it’s not adults only. You have to be covered up most of the time because it’s children there. Hideaway is suppose to be only adults. The staff I loved ashaayo checked me in and she was helpful my whole stay.

Resort was beautiful as well as the beach. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were not large, but very nice, and clean. Don’t pay extra for an ocean view room though, as the trees , etc within the resort obscure a view of the ocean, so even though we paid for an ocean view, you couldn’t see it. Food was good, but one of the restaurants was permanently (Tex Mex) closed so one less dining option than advertised. Falmouth area didn’t seem safe, so we stayed within the resort the whole time. I would definitely go back again.

I had high expectations for this hotel since I had previously stayed at the royalaton in Grenada and had such an amazing experience in that hotel. Unfortunately my stay at the hideaway was not the same. Our room was small “we had ocean view room” and the bathroom had no ventilation so it always felt “damped”. Our first day there a pipe broke so all morning there was no water. Then when the water came back our shower heads seemed to be broken because only droplets of water would come out. We went to the front desk to complain and they supposedly sent someone to fix it, however the water was still coming out in drops. The next day we went back to complain again (never answered the phone when we would call) they finally sent someone who had to replace both shower heads and the issue was fixed. Aside from the bathroom my stay was just ok, the property is well kept, the staff is friendly, food was just ok, and the entertainment & activities could have been better. For the price we paid I expected a better quality all around.
