We were very pleased with our stay. Hotel and room were clean and services were above regular. Very friendly staff and detailed informations given at time of arrival. Full bar available for purchases downstairs in a beautiful seating area. Terrace available for use. Breakfast was delicious and various. Thank you for taking a great care of 3 of us.
Nice clean hotel. Close to Gyllingvase beach (bottom of the road) and 10 minute walk to harbour and beginning of High Street. Some nice restaurants. Came down for Oyster Festival in October. Within an hour''s drive to St Michael's Mount, Penzance, Land's End and St Ives. Wonderful boat trips, a well-preserved castle.

Really enjoyed Falmouth, well worth a 3 day visit.
Very pleased with location. Short walk, 10 minutes, down hill to town, 5 minutes in other direction to beach. Very good value for money. Breakfast well done. Room comfortable, though bathroom very cramped. Wi-fi was intermittent at best, only real complaint. Also due to the location of our room, overlokking the main road, the secondary window glazing had to be closed to reduce the street noise from the early morning traffic. The owner, Paul, was extremely helpful and friendly. Great having parking, we left the car for the entire stay.....walked the town.
As a solo first visitor to the guest house and area felt very safe and welcome. Guest house is ideally situated between short walks to beautiful Gyllyngvase Beach and Falmouth Town Centre. Having good parking facilities also helped as I had been warned that parking in the area might be difficult. My single room was perfectly adequate for my needs. Breakfast was very good with a varied menu which I was able to enjoy whilst seated with a perfect view of their delightful garden. I was only there for two nights stay but came away feeling very rested.
This is an excellent hotel near the beach, town and railway station if arriving that way.
Nothing is too much trouble for the owners.
The breakfast is good also so what's not to like !!!
Hotel very close to beach and walking distance to town. Friendly staff, breakfast was very nice and filling. Would definitely stay again if I needed too.
Called a hotel but not open when we arrived, notice on door saying open a 4pm. Person on reception not very friendly either on arrival or departure. Add on bathroom with sink in main bedroom as not enough space. Whole place is very tired. Staff in dining room very nice and breakfast good. Good location for beach and town but otherwise would not recommend staying here.
A single room which had shared bathroom facilities but was very comfortable. The Breakfast was great with a good choice on the menu. Staff and owners were friendly. I'd definitely stay again.

Lovely little hotel. The beach is only a minutes walk away. The owners were lovely and very accommodating of my daughters needs. My older daughter is autistic and the female owner especially made her feel very welcomed. They remembered what they wanted for breakfast and set up the same table accordingly. The family room we were in was gorgeous but the only downside was it was very very warm in there. We did have exceptionally warm weather but the small fan that was provided and the window being open did little to alleviate this.
Nice place, well located and convenient for trekking the SWCP. Only stayed one night. Only real issue for me was iffy wifi in my room. Kept dropping off and, when connected fairly weak despite there being a "repeater" in the hall outside
Gyllyngvase beach is 5 minutes walk downhill. Railway station is 5 min walk. Town is 10 minutes walk - so it's in a great location - especially if you don't have a car & arrive by train. Lovely cafe on Gyllyngvase beach overlooking the sea - great for dinner.
Owner was v friendly & recommended a great pub for Sunday lunch too!
Breakfast OK - tho tea tasted odd, the local water I guess. Don't forget to check back of breakfast menu for more options - I didn't realise there was more choice. Check in not until 4pm & front door locked if you arrive before 4pm - you can wait in the garden.
Shower room/toilet by my single room smelt a bit damp & too small & claustrophobic - so I used another bathroom down a few stairs that had a bath & was brighter.
My single room was v clean, tiny but adequate for 3 nights. No space for a wardrobe - just hangers on back of door.
Nice garden to sit in & a bar & communal area.
Overall a great location & very good value for a single traveller.
Hotel is clean and well kept in general. Staff are lovely as is breakfast. Only criticism is the bed, the mattress was noisy and a long way past it's best.

Stay as a last resort
Low quality beds very small rooms no ventilation very little sound proofing on a busy main road but nice staff and breakfast.
A clean comfortable B & B that met all our needs. Breakfast was especially good. We stayed in Sept. &it was cool weather. There was no A/C so it might be hot in the summer. However it is close to the beach & might get a nice breeze off the water.
We had an excellent stay at this hotel, we only booked for one night but were welcomed on arrival, help was offered with our bags and nothing seemed too much trouble. Room was adequate, the bed was a little hard and light was obscured by a large tree but overall it did the job.
Breakfast was lovely, the staff were very helpful and the selection was extensive.
Small friendly hotel. Everybody very helpful and professional. Excellent breakfasts with a very good choose and variety. Comfortable surroundings, and peaceful. A very enjoyable stay. No lift, but luggage carried up to room for us by owners.
