"Given room that was down a horrible smelling hallway. Room was not vacuumed with visible large pieces of debris on floor. Room had plumbing sounds intermittently every few seconds. Asked to be moved. Moved to a “upgraded us to a suite for our troubles” which had holes in carpeting and more noises in hallway throughout the night intermittently which destroyed the night’s sleep while away from home. Would not recommend. Dirty and will not stay here again. This was 3rd time staying and other 2 stays were some time ago, but not filthy like this stay."

"The room was clean- but the AC unit would click on for about 10 secs and then we were stuck with 75 all weekend. ( we had directions but still didn't work).The beds were very comfortable but the elevator was out for most of the weekend. The room backed to the atrium so it was kinda loud from the pool goers. Staff was great- even took care of distrunteld patrons as the hotel was full the entire weekend. I'd give it 3 stars overall."

"My stay was super amazing! The property is very clean & relaxing, the cabin was very quiet (being no outside noise disturbing the indoor vibe) and the amenities were top notch. I will definitely be back hopefully sooner than later. I went alone because I needed personal quiet time and I got exactly that. This is perfect for couples looking for quality time together, the place gives a healthy intimate vibe. Also while here, I like to hike. The Chimney Bluff state park is about 15 mins away, which is a must, the views are breathtaking. After that hike coming back to a cozy room, hot tub or a nice fire ends the day perfectly."

"The room was spacious and clean. Air conditioning unit was very noisy and bathroom was very cold. Only one night stay so didn’t register any complaints and overall the property is clean and staff friendly."
