"Disappointed, This is a property we stay at often. I choose this hotel because I'm older woman with arthritis and and when traveling I always book a hotel with a hot tub to ease my body before bed. After our arrival and getting settled in our room I went to the pool area and stepped into the spa tub to find it ice cold. I reported it to the main desk and the clerk said he would report it. The next morning I inquired again and the girl at the desk shrugged and said she had no idea when it would be fixed. Not even an apology. We were there three nights and no repairs were started. This is the second time this has happened and upon check out I noticed the bill was higher than it stated on my receipt from Expedia. I asked the desk which was correct and she didn't know. I asked who was charging my credit card, the hotel or Expedia, she still didn't know and said call Expedia. For the first time here I unhappy with our stay."

"The room was banged up with areas of sheetrock not finished and painters tape left up. The floors were dirty as well. The air conditioner was okay but didn't get cold at all. The room was comfortable sitting at 70 but really wouldn't get any colder. I would not stay again, but you get what you pay for."

"Stayed on 400s Bed felt it was going to break holding on metal legs there was hair on shower towels. Room smells bad"

"Checked in. Pulled back my sheets, found leg hairs and dirty socks. Went to ask for both beds to be redone. Came back to see they only remade one. Went down to ask for sheets to do the other one myself. Went to take a shower. Soaps were empty, bathroom floor had a slippery film on them, sink had red stuff like cool aid splashed in it. Gm and front desk were not friendly. Put sheets and towels in the hall. They sat there for 2 days before someone picked them up. Only "good" thing was the breakfast and the little breakfast lady. Will not ever come back."
