Margaritaville Resort Casino
Facility and room were updated, clean, spacious, and quiet. The food and service in the sports bar were great! The only problem was I reserved a nonsmoking room but were given a smoking room. Too tired to go back down to desk for reassignment. Need to confirm when you check in.

Horseshoe Bossier City– A Caesars Rewards Destination
Stayed on floor 21 no hot water reported problem never resolved and pillows were huge not to our liking. A nice large room recently renovated. The adjacent boardwalk was pretty much shut down many of the businesses have closed down or moved out
