This was a "we need an accessible space for one night while we arrange a space at home after a hospital stay" turned "get out the house" night that I accidentally mis-scheduled a month out rather than the night of. I was very pleasantly surprised to see that the property has aged well since I first viewed it while researching hotels for out of town guests in 2018. Well Done!
The only reason the rating is not a full joy smiley face is that the evening desk attendant seemed not to want to be working-you know, civil, but none too friendly. She was, however, competent. Other staff later made up for the initial lack of sunshine...
The hotel is adjacent to not less than 10 eateries, several service stations, urgent care, Interstate 85, and only about 10-15 minutes south of Hartsfield.
The grounds, common areas, and interior corridors were clean, well-lit, and well kept.
The room was clean and comfortable. We slept really well on the comfy bed and body-conforming pillows. The mobility accessible room was spacious and well-laid out. The restroom's low profile tub and extra floor space were needed accommodations.
We didn't use the pool, but the area was clean and well-lit. We did use the gym and the equipment was in good working order and well maintained.
Breakfast was appropriate to our no-pork diet. The grits, which are easy to mess up, were "bodified" and properly seasoned.
Thank y'all for a restful evening!
