"At the arrival time (4:40pm) the heating was not working. My room was cold and the bathroom had no hot water. The staff came and after three and half hours, it has started working. I was moved into another room with hot water, but the heating was off. Still, the room was not warm till 8:15pm. The staff was supportive, but they should have checked the heating before my arrival. The location is great and the breakfast is offered at a small pastry (200m from the property)."

Located in a nice little town of 122 people with its own church next door, this hotel was perfect. Staff was extremely nice and could not have had a better stay"

"The hotel is in a great location in Assisi. It is an easy walk to all the sites from its location. The room was perfect for us and our 2 kids. Giordano is a wonderful host, very welcoming and helpful. He offered great recommendations of places to find authentic regional cuisine, and he cooks a great breakfast. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. "

"We had a suite which was HUGE with a spa and fantastic valley views. Parking on the premises if you got there first. Ample buffet breakfast. For such an expensive room there was no ironing board or kettle. Amazing. "
