You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cash Breakage deposit: EUR 250 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply all year round. Other exemptions or reductions may apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 29 February, EUR 0.00 per person, per night, up to 10 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 March - 31 October, EUR 2.00 per person, per night, up to 10 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 150 per accommodation, per stay.
• Bed sheets fee: EUR 15 per person, per stay
• A damage deposit of EUR 250 will be collected before check-in.
• Resort fee: 10 per cent of room rate

• Concierge service

• Wired Internet access (may be limited)

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Fee for English breakfast: from approximately EUR 20 for adults and from EUR 15 for children
• Pet fee: EUR 30 per accommodation, per stay

• Late check-in fee: EUR 50 for check-in between 9:00 PM and 2:00 AM
