"Hospitality was awful. Arrived when I said I was going to on an online check in, then told I was already checked in and finding a guest already in bed and their dog barking at us in defense of our key OPENING the door in fear. We then went to the desk and was given a rude response then accused us of already checking in and we were “wrong”. Assigned a new room and it was LOUD. Wasn’t compensated for stay even after the issues at 11:45pm and was told to FOLLOW the front desk lady to the room we were originally assigned to confront the unknown customer in the room. Dangerous and unprofessional, awful."
"Love the Casino and hotel! Always smells so good. And the train theme is awesome. Most of the restaurants were closed. Wished they would stay open longer especially the Mexican one with the big bar. For breakfast the Primo restaurant was delicious. We will definitely stay there again."
