"5/5 ⭐️ Excellent location directly across from the train station, which made getting around incredibly easy. A big plus was having air conditioning in the rooms, especially during the summer months. Just be aware that the restaurants are not air-conditioned, so that’s something to keep in mind if you’re visiting during hot weather. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"Wonderful hotel.The hotel General manager is excellent.The property and kids club is amazing. We celebrated our 41st anniversary here as we celebrated our honeymoon here and it has only gotten better! We hope to return again and again after a 41 year absence.Thank you Hotel Royal Evian ❤️"

"Great lil hotel in the heart of it all. It is VERY clean, the staff is very friendly and the location can not be beat. Our room only had a shower and not a tub, not sure if the others do or not. It was perfect for the traveler who wants a great place but will be exploring most of the day. I will stay there again."

"Best hotel in Europe! The staff is so friendly and helpful! It was my birthday they sent a cake to my room! They let us do late check out! Modern elegant and the gardens and restaurant are beautiful! Fully recommended!"

"The room was very large and the staff did an excellent job in keeping it clean. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was very good. Make sure to make a reservation for restaurants at the hotel and in town, they fill up fast. Hotel has an excellent location, across the street from Lake Geneva. Easy walk to restaurants in town."

"The hotel has an excellent location, nice rooms, and even a small elevator. It would get a 10 if not for lacking air conditioning, and a mini fridge would also be useful. I give it an 8 due to these two things. We opened the windows and these made the room cooler at night, but in the morning be prepared for delivery vehicles and street sweepers noises. The price was right, breakfast was good, and staff were nice. I would stay again."
