"Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. During our stay there was a film set in place for Father Brown and a restriction at the end of the road. It didn’t take away from our stay, but was glad of the premier inn parking just a 100m away. "Room was clean and functional. Bar area was small but ok as wasn’t too busy. Too many emails and texts for check in and door code wasn’t received so still had to wait at reception to get that. We were going to use the pool but at £12 per person it was not worth it - there should at least be a concession rate for hotel guests. A functional stay but couldn’t consider it a good one. "
