9.8/10 Exceptional! (1,005 reviews)
It’s a nice hotel, but the room was very small and the room location looked tightly into another building over an alley where the garbage truck came through around 1 in the morning without fail. You also got cigarette smoke wafting up into the room from the alley smokers. The room location was awful but overall the hotel was nice.
Also, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel location for vacation travelers. You’re right in the middle of a business district which isn’t great.

9/10 Wonderful! (4,106 reviews)
The property is well maintained and in a great, central location. The only mild complaints I would have, would be that the front desk staff could have been more knowable about getting around the area and the room glasses, cups, mugs were not replaced with clean ones.

The room was clean, staff was super polite, and the location is quite good. It's a bit of a walk from either Pimlico or Westminster stations; however, the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood so you can sleep well.

"This is a lovely hotel and the staff were good but I had a terrible night sleep because of the air conditioning. I tried to lower it down and also turn down the fan but it was so loud I struggled to get to sleep and then woke up and called down to ask them to turn it off which they said they would. ..."
