"- walls were paper thin. Could hear the conversation of my neighbours, switches, toilet (yes) etc
- room temp was at 24 deg; lowered it then woke up in a furnace to find it had moved itself back to 24 deg

"Very handy location on the outskirts of Cheltenham the staff were very friendly and helpful room was spotless even though the hotel inside is showing its age gym and pool were fantastic breakfast was really good wide selection of food."
