"Very comfortable hotel and well-managed. Helpful staff and regular shuttle to and from airport. My only complaint was that my room overlooked a roundabout and was quite noisy from the traffic. So best to ask about location of room if you are a light sleeper."

"The hotel is extremely well located, close to all the main attractions in Copenhagen, in a nice and very safe neighborhood. However, the hotel itself has some drawbacks. The rooms are small, housekeeping is not provided during your stay, and I found the overall hygiene to be somewhat poor. I was also only given one face towel and one body towel for the entire four days of my stay. Would I recommend it? Yes, mainly because of its excellent location"

"This hotel is exactly as described, it is run efficiently and the staff are great. The rooms are not large but good enough and well equipped. The hotel is a few minutes from the station, 30 minutes ride into central Madrid, the staff will explain how to get there. Also some good restaurants 15 minutes walk away. The area is a new development with more going on at the moment, but we weren’t able to hear the work once inside. It was perfect for us as we had been touring and had a car, which can be parked under the hotel at no extra charge. It’s not posh but real value for money."

"We loved our stay at the hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were impressive and food was of a high quality. It is in a quieter part of town but walkable to bars and restaurants and a metro station was very close."
