"It’s a really nice hotel, the best bed to sleep on. The only thing we don’t like is parking; we have to pay the parking fee. Also, there are several homeless people roaming around . Just have to be careful, but otherwise everything’s really nice at the hotel."

"The hotel was easy to find, good directions. The desk clerk could have been a little nicer, she seemed very put out that we we're checking in. Was surprised when she told me that I had to give her my credit card for a $150.00 hold. Usually the credit card you use to pay for the room is good enough but she said that because I booked through Expedia I need to give her a credit card. I did get the hold money back. The room and bathroom were clean but there was no microwave or coffee pot in the room. There was a frig. The hotel is very close to the St. Augustine outlet mall. I will stay here again when in this area."
