"Everything was nice. Just the codes was a problem. You had a code for frt door. The garage to get in and code for room. Code for garage didn’t work for us nor others were having trouble as well. Had to ask for extra towels. We brought beach towels so had those for pool. Overall things were good. Just the codes that you have to remember was little much."

"Most everything was ok. Nothing was great. The only way to watch tv was to lay in bed. There wasn't a table I could eat at. No microwave to warm anything up. I only asked for my room to be cleaned twice. I would have thought my sheets could have been washed both times, but they weren't. There was not a full-length mirror in the room. The dehumidifier was loud and I had to empty it daily. I had a beautiful view from my balcony. I was on the top floor of rooms, so I was awaken every morning from tables and chairs being moved around on the sundeck. I don't think a person staying at Lani Kai should have to pay to rent a beach chair. Awesome wait staff for bringing drinks to the beach. When I checked in I was told I had to pay for parking in the lot. Then I was told she would see what she could do. I think I was going to be taken advantage to pay $20 a day to park where I was staying. Not Cool. Very nice shop attached to the hotel in and around the back. "
