"Staff was amazing "

"This was my second time staying here. I stayed in the Maryland suite that comes with a jacuzzi tub. The location of this room, is AWFUL. The line for the comedy club goes right outside the door. They get huge comedy names, so the lines are long. There’s only a jacuzzi tub with two shower heads (mist and spray). No shower curtain and marble floors (thank goodness for not slipping). There was also a long clothes pin in the carpet. Not on top as if casually dropped, but slid under the carpet fibers. The bed was comfortable though."

"The hotel is in a prime location at the Inner Harbor in Baltimore, MD. The price is also very reasonable given the location. Was pleasantly surprised with my standard King room - tall ceilings and faux balcony that permitted opening of the balcony doors for fresh air. I would rate this stay higher if it wasn't for the lobby music that was playing late into the night, past midnight, that could be heard from the 3rd floor. The hotel layout has an inner, covered lobby space in the middle and all the rooms are at the perimeter. So, the lobby music can be heard throughout the hotel. Ironically, there was no music playing that loudly when I checked out at 9am the next day. Please, consider lowering the volume past 10pm so guests can sleep more comfortably. Thanks."

"The water pressure was bad. The first night the water had to run for 30 minutes to be warm. The second night the water was cold. The room had patched holes in the doors, bathroom and closet. The walls were dirty. "

"I’m shocked this can continue using the Country Inn name, it felt like a seedy back ally hotel. The lady at the front desk was about as rude as you can be, she was unfriendly, unhelpful and didn’t offer any solutions whatsoever. The room was gross, obviously not vacuumed as there was dust and coins lying about, the furniture was from the 80’s, smashed and stained into oblivion. Moldy drips caked onto the bathroom walls. The microwave had a centimeter of old red food encrusted inside. The neighboring tenants were so loud no one could sleep, they blasted music until 4:30AM and I could hear people upstairs stomping around, showering, flushing their toilet all through the night. Myself and our young kids couldn’t get ANY sleep at all. We went to use the pool at 8P but the water was so cloudy and bubbly I wouldn’t let my children in the water. The hot tub was ice cold and some other children were using that as a kiddie pool. I would never stay in a Country Inn or anything with the Radison name again if this is their standard. Please save yourself the trouble and don’t book here!!!!"

"Great hotel for convenience location , breakfast was great variety to choose from. Cleanliness was awesome beds were very comfortable too ! I am a repeat customer staying at this Fairfield location has always been good"

"Parking is easy, the staff is wonderful, the rooms are old and need to be updated. Room cleaning is about 2 times a week. They have a program where they house families and the halls are dirty, the people are loud, someone is always fussing, the microwave is nasty even after it’s cleaned. Someone is always running either on my floor there floor above. Before the people in the program came I rarely heard a noise and it was always clean. I never had breakfast and was told breakfast was for the people in the program. It’s been a mess but I have nowhere else to go and only there because my house caught on fire. "
