This hotel is very close to just about everything you want to see in the village. Nice room but there were pee stains on the bidet and toilet. No elevator from the parking, so it has to be valet. Generally a nice place but they need to clean more carefully.
Good location with lots of shops and restaurants close by, garage was full, they arranged to park our car for us (and brought it back to us when leaving), superb service. Breakfast very good, pool area very good, but quite warm. The best part was the service received from Adria, really efficient, friendly and welcoming, absolutely perfect, a real credit to the company. We will no doubt return, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
The area is truly beautiful! Surrounded by mountains. The location is good, accessible.
The location is great. The hotel is a bit strangely laid out because the front entrance is no longer accessible except via foot. There is no lift from the garage so getting bags from the car to the room was a pain. The spa in the hotel was nice and the rates for services were reasonable. We had massages and facials. The in room amenities were nice, however, there was no hair conditioner. They had toothbrushes, tooth paste, lotion, body scrubs but no conditioner. The mattresses were not comfortable, unfortunately. We had one roll away for a third person and it was actually the only comfortable mattress. The other two standard beds were saggy and you could feel the coils. The breakfast was great. Good selection and variety and met several dietary restrictions in the group (gluten free/vegetarian)
