"La douche est un bac de 70x70cm avec une ouverture de 35cm. Si vous faites plus de 65kg impossible d’y rentrer et de bouger dedans. De plus aucun feutres sous les pieds de la table et de la chaise et les crissements à chaque déplacement dans cet espace confiné, tard le soir ou tôt le matin réveille tout l’immeuble. Les boîtes à clés sont mal éclairées obligeant à sortir sa torche tout en manipulant le code."

No dudo de que en su día la dejaran limpia, pero una revisión antes de la entrada del cliente habría evitado ver el pobre pajarito (…) en la terraza llena de telarañas, polvillo de la gotera del baño encima de la taza, el suelo sucio. "Beautiful room and excellent restaurant"

"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. When we arrived, it was apparent there was an organised camp of maybe 100 teenagers including a stage, amplifiers, loud music and cheering etc. While this caused us no distress during the daytime,...
