"Perfect stay. Had everything we needed"

"Had a great stay. Surprise goodies every morning was a pleasant treat. Location was perfect for our exploring. Central to all directions we ventured out to. For the days of no exploration needed the pool is well situated, receiving the majority of sunlight throughout the day. Location of the pool also, it maintained a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Limited equipment in the gym, but definitely enough given the incline and decline walks that are guaranteed daily. Staff were super helpful and kind. When we return to Santander we will most definitely choose to stay here, without hesitation. Was very well appreciated. Look forward to returning."

"The hotel is right on road by the Sardinero beach, but a bit off the beaten track for major sightseeing sites and restaurants. If you love to look at and walk along the seaside, this is a great place for you. If you want to be in the heart of the action, this might seem too far away from those areas. Our room was small but adequate, and it was acceptably clean. We found the beds comfortable and the street was quiet enough late in the evening to have the window open for sea breeze and wave sounds (we visited early in the season, so this may not be true in summer!). The restaurant was surprisingly good and with excellent service. The front desk staff seemed confused by their computer system, making check in and check out leisurely, but they were also very accommodating and helpful in suggesting parking options and places to go. Overall, a good experience and very good value for the price."

Un olor a alcantarillado horrible que estuvo durante los 4 dias que nos hospedarnos sl parecer el sello del wc esta deficiente. El otro detalle no menos importante fue el trato de la pesona que nos hizo el check in extremadamente parco y con nada de amabilidad "

"A great hotel with helpful staff. Good location from which to explore the beach and headland. There is parking available but there is also plenty of street parking right outside the hotel (at least there is in mid-April). Would highly recommend. "
