Hotel Casa Miranda is very well located and the property is beautifully renovated. Rooms are calm and simple, yet stylish. There was a fridge and kettle in the room and Rituals cosmetics which was a nice touch.

This hotel is beautiful very relaxing super stylish. The staff are truly lovely our room would have been fine for a one or two night stay but it was just to hot. We thought the air con was not working. When we ask to be shown how to work the air con they explained it was on winter settings but it was far to hot for us to sleep. We were upgraded to a larger room with a terrace marvellous room. We opened the door and it was perfect. Breakfast was lovely very intermate the staff again fantastic I...

It was lovely room with the specious bathroom, host was amazing and responded very quickly to
any queries. Terrace and kitchen needs a little upgrade but the rest was great.

Loved the pool. Loved the shower. Loved the balcony. Loved the breakfast choice.
Unable to find plug to power kettle. Had to pull out furniture to plug in kettle - behind desk and television.

We loved this hotel - great location for exploring Mahón, friendly and happy staff and a beautiful building. Our room was stylish, clean and very comfortable.

The check in was easy and smooth. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The room was superbig and they change sheets every day.
The only thing I didn't like is that we had to call to enter if it was later than 12am (even though they opened quite quick)

Before I went to menorca I wasn't too sure about this place due to it's name 'hostal' la isla. but when I arrived I got a good surprise. The hostal resembled a 3-4 star hotel, very modern, nice decor. The rooms were also very nice, comfy bed, good shower, free wifi, and the room was spotless. The hotel - not hostal - staff were also very kind, friendly anf welcoming. I loved it :-)

We had a fantastic stay at ARTIEM Apartments in Mahón. The apartments were clean, well equipped, and in a great location, but the real highlight was the staff, particularly Andrea and Paula.
They genuinely couldn’t do enough to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and willingness to help made a real difference. If there is any opportunity to recognise outstanding service, I would wholeheartedly recommend Andrea and Paula. They are a real...

A beautiful, very comfortable boutique hotel right in the centre of Alaior. We had a room with a terrace with a lovely view over the rooftops. The decoration throughout the house is tasteful and stylish. As we stayed in February it was very quiet and a really delicious breakfast was served by the owner. It's a family-run place and all the better for it.

A truly special hotel to say the least.
On arrival we were greeted and welcomed by the receptionist with such warmth, and given a tour around the hotel and given as much information as possible about our stay there as well as recommendations of where to go on the island.
The room was cleaned and replenished every morning meaning after an exhausting day out we could come back and relax in a refreshed room. During our stay we felt our room exceeded our standards to above and beyond with all...
