First time staying at this hotel and everything was as described on the hotels.com Very clean, spacious and nicely decorated room. Breakfast was superb and spoiled by the choices. Staffs were very polite and helpful. Definitely will be back again.

Hotel was almost brand new condition! I did stay this hotel with my boys for ski holiday in Erzurum Palandöken.. staff's was very friendly especially at breakfast cheff and waiters. Will go back again definitely. 5 star service, Thank you Ramada by Wyndham *****
