Nice hotel close to the shopping mall. Friendly, helpful staff printed us directions to the cinema and our next destination. Good breakfast and room.

Very nice hotel - outstanding value for money close to many amenities in the town. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very busy with large groups on the two mornings we attended. Not a big variety on the cooked breakfast element although quality was good. However, the waffle mix quality was not so good making it quite challenging to make a decent quality waffle.

A lovely room with a wonderful shower and room was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was good also, although the breakfast area is quite small. The staff were welcoming.

Near the casino, hotel room was nice would stay again.

We stayed here just one night on our roadtrip. The hotel has a convenient location with a marina on the lake Erie right across the road and downtown just a few minute drive away. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. We had a very spacious family accommodation that had a nice bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Everyhting was really clean. I also had a chance to use the nice indoor pool and a whirlpool. Breakfast was good.

Great location for restaurants and shops and about 15 minutes drive to Presque Isle Park and the lake, which is really pretty. Hotel was really nice with a cosy feel and staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, a very strong smell of disinfectant was quite overpowering. Our room had an awful smell too and we were moved without any problem. Would stay again.
