"Nice, clean hotel. Continental breakfast was great. Food was good and service was exceptional. Room was good. A little small in the sleeping area which was by the main door. But nice and clean. Second room was large and semi separated by a small hallway/bathroom. No door unfortunately. The room was a bit cold even with the heat on lower down near my son's bed was chilly. Needed extra blankets. Hot tubs looked nice we didn't get to use unfortunately. When booking I was under the impression there was a cold pool as listed on there website but turns out it was just a cool down hot tub (not as hot as a normal hot tub) so that was a bit of a let down. Parking is very tight and busy."

"The hotel was in the center of town which was great and had a perfect view of the mountains! On the day of our arrival we were told the hot tubs were down, which was disappointing. The hotel is old, but clean! The carpet in the halls had stains, but not a big deal. Our room had a loud noise, possibly coming From the pipes...and got louder as the night went on, which resulted in no sleep. I did call the front desk, however they were unable to help and did not offer another room. We had to leave by 6am to catch our flight in Calgary and there was no coffee cups in the room and no coffee available until 7am. No sleep and no coffee made a long trip back."

"The property is in a very convenient location. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was quite good, enough choice to satisfy. A few things that could be improved. Toilet in our bathroom was very small, as though it is for a child. Also, some noise from above our room at times."

"The place is very nice and clean. It is such a relaxing place to stay at this resort, we feel cozy and warm. It is a beautiful view to see the Rocky Mountain. We really enjoyed the hot springs. We definitely go back there again."
