The paper thin walls, combined with what were likely inexperienced and/or disrespectful guests, the first night was a stream of banging doors, loud people and music/TVs. Had I not used my White Noise app, I would have gotten no sleep. Morning breakfast was confusing. I could have sworn the reservation said free breakfast, but that was for regular Hilton guests with points. The server in the breakfast area was working as hard as she could to do her job with cook-to-order items and get them out quickly despite impatient guests. The coffee was great. The maid service was nothing more than making the bed. No replenishment of coffee, towels, etc. The microwave didn't work unless you unplugged and replugged. The trash cans outside entrance and exit doors were overflowing. Couldn't access the pool with room key. I'm going back to the Marriott."
